Quorn: A talent assessment project delivered with Foundation Stones

Quorn Foods was about to embark on a new phase of ownership, and an ambitious new strategy.  They wanted to gather insight around their team, to assess whether they were  capable and willing to take the business to the next level, and to find out what would be required to attract new senior talent into the business, should the need arise.
