• Work with the board to develop client acquisition strategy 
• Develop market segmentation model with a focus on macro market movements
• Create and manage a data driven sales delivery pipeline
• Client facing business development
• Work with all stakeholders to define a cohesive commercial message for the business 

• Background in strategy, marketing or commercial business development
• Understanding of B2B marketing and sales practices
• Demonstrable track record in delivering
• Additional experience of B2C environments a bonus
• High degree of commercial acumen
• Understanding of the particular nuance of a rapidly growing PE backed environment
