The business requires an experienced Finance Director who has been through a number of private equity transactions and delivered a number of successful exits for investors. are looking for a Hands-on FD with the ability to develop a first class finance function within a fast growing business.

Experienced Finance Director of private equity backed SMEs, preferably an ACA.Experience of operating within a service sector i.e IT, Business, Media. Must have been through a number of VC/PE transactions including one successful exit. Significant acquisition integration experience. Track record of developing and professionalising finance and wider commercial/operational functions. Act as mentor to develop talented yet inexperienced team.
