Role Description

  • Work with the board to develop a comprehensive group HR strategy
  • Build the required HR team to deliver shared service model
  • Deliver company-wide recruitment strategy
  • Drive company cultural and values communication global
  • Continue to manage “business as usual” aspects of HR function

Requirements

  • Seasoned Interim HR Director
  • Multi-geography international experience
  • Demonstrable track record of HR professionalisation
  • Delivery of wholesale HR system change
  • Strong track record of driving cultural communications programmes
  • Experience of rapidly growing and or private equity backed organisations will be considered a positive.
