We're working on an assignment for an interim CFO for an early stage technology business backed by private equity.

The interim must have prior experience of working within the private equity environment, or a high growth business.

Key deliverables for the role include:

• Elevate the professionalism of the finance function to support rapid growth
• Manage all external stakeholders, including banks and investors
• Day to day management of the finance team and their outputs
• Establish best practice processes including robust reporting
• Oversee cashflow and the budgeting process

We're looking for people with:

• A track record of delivering in a range of scenarios as an interim finance leader
• Experience of the private equity environment, including managing relationships with investors
• Prior experience within a rapid growth technology environment would be advantageous
