Interim HR Director

A PE-backed multi-site leisure business seeks an interim HR Director. This person will be responsible for the day to day running of the HR function as well as assisting with the integration of an acquired business

Role Description

  • Oversee the day to day running of the finance function;
  • Assist with the tupe transfer of staff from a recent acquisition;
  • Run a cost reduction programme;
  • Assist with any departmental downsizing/restructuring.

Requirements

  • Strong background within the leisure industry;
  • Experience of tupe transfers;
  • Experience of redundancies/downsizing;
  • Experience of working in a private equity backed environment preferred.
