A recently acquired private equity backed leisure business requires an Interim Managing Director to lead a pan-European integration strategy whilst continuing to drive the current sales and marketing engine.

• Work with the senior team to complete and implement an integration strategy.
• Lead the Sales and Marketing function to maintain sales growth through the integration period.
• Mentor and manage direct reports through a period of change.
• Align key business support functions with the wider group.
