An Interim COO/Operations Director is required to assist with:
- Field engineering, installation and maintenance
- Provisioning & projects
- Process and performance improvement
- Managing a team of 90 with 6 direct reports

- Experience of running a blue & white collar team
- Telecoms network builds
- Performance management, KPI setting experience
- Experience from a rapidly growing ideally private equity backed environment
