Marketing Director

This private equity backed, international consumer products business requires a dynamic Marketing Director to develop and execute a fit for purpose marketing strategy focused on consumer acquisition. Joining a strong management team this role is essential in maintaining the rapid growth of the business. 

Role Description

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the marketing mix with a particular focus on consumer acquisition through digital and direct marketing platforms across UK & international markets
  • Complete a product re-branding exercise currently underway within the business, refreshing the brand messages
  • Identify new market trends and product development opportunities in the UK and internationally
  • Lead implementation and optimisation of a bespoke CRM system
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are in line with brand ethos
  • As part of the Executive team attend regular meetings, contribute to the development and implementation of strategies, policies, procedures and budgets and produce a monthly board pack


  • Proven experience in international brand marketing
  • Experience of managing premium consumer branded products
  • Strong experience in customer acquisition through digital platforms
  • Used to working effectively in a fast-moving organisation
  • Able to achieve results in a resource light environment
  • Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on creative and dynamic marketing strategies to meet company objectives
