Sales Director

This Private Equity backed, rapidly growing, Cloud Computing and Unified services company has reached a pivotal stage in its development. With sales of £15 million the company is now looking to appoint a professionally trained Sales Director.

Role Description

  • Achieve 20% per annum growth over the next three years
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Pre Sales consultants
  • Negotiate gross margin of 35% at typical deal sizes of £150k revenue
  • Develop and manage the marketing function
  • Manage and develop key account relationships
  • Develop strategies for growth
  • Ensure Customer Service excellence
  • Manage the sales budget
  • Accurately and consistently reporting on progress

Requirements

  • Relevant sales leadership experience from the Telecom, IT or Network Reseller sectors
  • First class man management and leadership skills
  • To be hands on
  • Equally happy developing client relationships/winning new contracts as developing/managing a sales team
