Sales & Marketing Director

 Entrepreneurial Sales & Marketing Director required for a rapidly growing, private equity backed, high value business services provider.

 

Role Description

This B2B, Private Equity backed, services business has retained Marble Hill Partners to identify a new Sales & Marketing Director, as part of their succession planning, as they enter their next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the P&L, taking full responsibility for delivering the sales target.
  • Manage a team of experienced business development and client implementation managers.
  • Drive sales process improvement with a particular focus on international contract wins.
  • Working with the CEO and the rest of the management team, develop the business strategy for future growth.
  • Play a pivotal role in pitching the business to future financial investors.

Requirements

  • Experience of operating at board level in a Sales/Business Development role in a Private Equity backed company.
  • Backgrounds in high value services e.g. IT services, Value Added Resellers, Outsourcing, Software environments.
  • Experience of selling and delivering business internationally.
