Building a Leadership Team to Deliver a PE-Backed Growth Strategy

The Project

We were engaged by a private equity-backed B2B business that has a strong market position and established delivery capability, but the board and investors recognised that the existing leadership structure needed to evolve to support the next stage of growth. Alongside organic expansion targets, the company was preparing for multiple acquisitions, operational integration, and commercial scaling across new markets. The challenge was not simply to hire individual executives, but to build a leadership team capable of operating within a PE environment while managing rapid transformation, integration, and performance expectations simultaneously.
