James has spent over 15 years working with CEOs and Investors, helping them navigate the challenges and opportunities associated with private equity ownership, including the need for a high-performing Executive Team.
Having immersed himself in the world of private equity, he has developed a true understanding of the investment cycle, where the pressure points arise and how to shape a management team to overcome them.
He has built an extensive network amongst key industry players – investors, CEOs, Chairmen and management teams – and a strong track record of delivery within both interim management and executive search.
In 2021, James acquired Marble Hill Partners from the original founder, bringing it into the Henley Insights Group. Now he takes a hands-on role in leading the Marble Hill team. He is involved in all aspects of client delivery, manages client and partner relationships and works to add value to all stakeholders through research, events and new initiatives.
